Traffic Survival School for Teens

Just a reminder that the state of Arizona has tough laws for people who drive under the age of 18. Title 28-3321 Moving violations by persons under eighteen years of age; Traffic Survival School;suspension.

A person who holds a driver permit or license and who is found responsible for a moving civil traffic violation of the first judgment or conviction, the department shall order the person to attend and successfully complete traffic survival school training and educational classes.

2nd Violation, license will be suspended for three months

3rd Violation, license will be suspended for six months

So remember to drive very safe and remember to stop for the traffic lights because running a red light you will have to go to Traffic school also. Scan ahead and anticipate other cars actions around you.

Joe
