As of July 1 2008 and students can be 15 1/2 years old and get their Instructional Permit. A student must hold their Valid Permit of 6 months before getting the Drivers License. Stop and Go Driving School can give each student their Instructional Permit and Drivers License without going to the MVD to take the written and road test. This means you will not have to take you own vehicle to the mvd to take the road test. Stop and Go provides everything for you.
